Petro-Chem Development Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate with Clients, Vendors and Internal Departments, ensuring compliance with specifications and contractual requirements, and controlling schedule and cost.

The role involves leading kick-off meetings, establishing schedules, managing change orders, monitoring drawings and submittals, coordinating with worldwide partners, and reporting progress to management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Professional certification is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
  • 7 years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Attend Client kick-off meetings and coordinate with Sales.
  • Establish overall project schedule and manage progress.
  • Review scope of supply and contractual requirements.
  • Acknowledge Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
  • Coordinate requisitions and Purchasing.
  • Monitor drawings and submittals.
  • Coordinate with Client, Vendors, Partners, Fabricators and Erectors.
  • Resolve technical issues with discipline leads and stakeholders.
  • Manage project cost and invoicing milestones.
  • Monitor financial reports and progress reports.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Perform site and shop visits as required.
