Job summary

Burrow Global is seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager for a long-term assignment at a chemical manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. You will manage piping and mechanical capital projects, and coordinate with vendors and site personnel to deliver safe, on-time results.

The role requires 7–10 years in chemical project management, a mechanical engineering degree, and PMP or similar certification. TWIC is preferred, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures piping and mechanical capital projects meet objectives (cost, schedule, scope).
• Manages cost budgeting, estimating, forecasting and reporting for projects.
• Reviews scopes of work and construction packages; ensures safety information is provided.
• Oversees construction vendors and site personnel on multiple projects.
• Communicates status and resolves technical and commercial issues with leadership.
• Initiates Management of Change and coordinates with site safety representatives.
