Job summary

Refined Technologies is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead diverse teams in petrochemical and LNG facility shutdowns, focusing on safe and efficient cleaning and clearing activities. You will plan, review, and execute MOC-level strategies while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to the company roadmap.

The role requires strong experience in refinery operations, project planning, and problem-solving, with a willingness to travel and work extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years of experience planning projects.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a petrochemical setting.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during project execution for cleaning and clearing activities in petrochemical and LNG facilities.
• Creates, reviews, and implements MOC-level cleaning plans using computer-based documents and developer programs.
