Job summary

Refined Technologies in the United States seeks a Lead Operations Project Manager to guide clearing and cleaning projects at petrochemical facilities, ensuring safety and on-time execution. You will build diverse teams, develop MOC plans, and coach client personnel while navigating complex operations.

The role requires 5+ years refinery/chemical plant ops, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with multiple client levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years of experience independently and efficiently planning projects.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a petrochemical setting.
• Knowledge of complex process units and piping circuits from petrochemical/refinery operator experience.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master software tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during implementation of cleaning activities at petrochemical/LNG facilities.
• Creates and implements MOC-level clearing and cleaning plans.
• Ensures safety and maintains RTI reputation with clients and project teams.
• Trains client personnel on RTI cleaning strategies and guides colleagues.
• Identifies operational efficiencies and controls project costs.
