Refined Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate teams in the execution of clearing and cleaning activities for petrochemical and LNG facilities. You will develop plans, manage client relationships, and ensure safety and project success.

The role requires a track record of planning complex projects, strong communication across levels, and willingness to travel. RTI emphasizes safety, operating with core behaviors, and delivering value in shutdowns and turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years of experience independently planning projects.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a petrochemical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and confidently communicate plans to plant personnel at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during implementation of cleaning and clearing activities in petrochemical and LNG facilities.
• Creates, reviews, and implements MOC-level clearing and cleaning plans using computer-based documents and tools.
• Trains client personnel on RTI’s cleaning strategies and ensures safety and client satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with RTI’s Roadmap and completes all project close out tasks and documentation.
