Integrated Global Services is seeking an on-site project leadership role in Houston, TX, coordinating a field services crew across petrochemical projects. You will manage resources, equipment, and safety while interfacing with the client to ensure delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on management experience, including welding/fabrication, and TURNAROUND exposure in industrial settings. Travel 4–7 months across locations is expected.

Formación

• 1-3 years progressive responsibility in site responsibility and on-site management required.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• 2-5 years hand-on management of craftsmen required.
• 5+ years of turnaround experience in petrochemical environments.
• NACE CIP Level 1 and 2 an advantage.
• Experience in specialized technology-based field services servicing petrochemical industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in generating project plans and scheduling.
• Oversee travel lodging and personnel logistics; aid Team Leaders as needed.
• Verify resource availability and address deficiencies for appropriate staffing.
• Manage equipment, materials and consumables on site.
• Provide technical guidance to a 5–12 person crew.
• Approve man-hours on timesheets for payroll and support timesheet completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality policies.
• Coordinate client communications and on-site inspections.
• Lead safety and quality on-site and communicate project updates to customers.
