Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the associate experience and support development.
• Delegate and validate daily tasks and lead when on duty.
• Address associate concerns and recognize engagement.
• Ensure pet parent experience and outcomes for hotel visits.
• Maintain hotel safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate opening/closing and store-wide procedures.

Skills
