Job summary

Fera Pets is looking for an Account Manager, Independent Pet Retail & Distribution to own and grow relationships with independent pet retailers and distributors. You will coordinate orders, promotions, and outreach while collaborating with logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure accounts are well supported and selling through.

The role suits an organized, proactive early career sales professional who wants to learn wholesale and retail sales in CPG, with a fast-moving brand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account coordination, customer service, or order management.
• Experience managing orders, invoices, or customer accounts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Own account relationships with independent pet retailers and distributor partners.
• Manage end-to-end orders from retailers, distributors, and wholesale platforms.
• Run promotions, billbacks, and track promotional spend with finance.
• Grow the channel through outreach, onboarding, and product training.
• Track sales, orders, and promo performance by account and distributor.
