Pet Meadow in Houston is seeking a Transportation and Client Services Specialist to serve as the main link between veterinary hospitals, pet families, and our aftercare teams. This role blends safe pet transport with professional client service and strong relationship management.

Note: This is not a traditional driving position; the specialist acts as an ambassador for the Pet Meadow brand, ensuring compassionate care and adherence to safety and appearance standards across community routes.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport pets safely and respectfully.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles along established service routes.
• Perform transfer and transportation of pets entrusted to our care.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and identification procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinary hospitals and clinic teams.
• Communicate professionally with clients, hospital personnel, and internal teams.
• Identify and elevate service concerns, operational issues, and client opportunities.
• Uphold company appearance, safety, and service standards at all times.
• Represent Pet Meadow with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
