Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport pets safely and respectfully.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, veterinary, healthcare, hospitality, funeral service, or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

At Pet Meadow: Austin, our Client Services Specialist - Transportation serve as the primary connection between veterinary hospitals, pet families, and our aftercare teams. This position combines safe and reliable transportation responsibilities with professional client service, relationship management, and chain-of-custody excellence.

This is not a traditional driving position. Our Transportation and Client Services Specialist are trusted partners to veterinary professionals and ambassadors of the Pet Meadow brand in the communities we serve.
