Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Team Leader on staffing, recruiting, onboarding and cross-training.
• Assist in implementing daily operational standards (care, safety, cleanliness, merchandising, inventory).
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new hires and current staff to ensure consistent service.
• Motivate and develop team members through coaching and recognition aligned with company culture.
• Support local community partnerships and brand-building activities to boost neighbor engagement.
