Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve KPIs and other store performance goals.
• Coach, develop and performance manage teams focused on customer experience and selling model.
• Maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory and budgets; order within budget to drive sales.
• Plan staffing and hiring, including pre-screening and interviews, as needed.
