You will help communicate our vision, enforce policies, and drive toward sales goals while ensuring the well‑being of animals in store.

You will lead sales initiatives, monitor customer interactions, and maintain a professional standard in all communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Enjoy working with and around animals.
• College degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and coach staff to meet sales goals and improve customer experience.
• Manage customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support hiring, training, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee store operations, stock, and adherence to Brand Standards.
• Assist with scheduling and labor planning to meet customer needs.
• Plan and participate in community events and partnerships with rescue groups.
