Job summary

Niemann Foods in Illinois is seeking a capable store leader to support the Store Director in delivering exceptional customer service and profitable operations. You will help oversee merchandising, inventory, expense control, and human resources activities while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

This role supervises 3–4 associates, develops displays, handles customer issues, and maintains backroom organization, with emphasis on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess knowledge of pets and pet-related products.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by acknowledging customers and resolving concerns quickly.
• Assist in managing total store operations.
• Process information and merchandise through computer system and POS.
• Assist with stocking and building displays and maintaining backroom organization.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by Associates.
