You'll help customers pick toys, greet regulars, train teammates, and ensure safety and cleanliness. This role requires 2+ years retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to operate all equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members and reinforce PSP standards.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Assist with back-office tasks like pricing changes and cashier records.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and training.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
