Job summary

Tractor Supply Company / Petsense seeks a Team Member in Murray, KY to deliver legendary customer service and support selling initiatives. You will handle transactions, maintain clean store areas, assist with merchandising, and help customers with loading purchases while ensuring the safety and care of live animals as needed.

The role requires flexibility in shifts, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior retail experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers with purchases.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized selling floor and stock areas.
• Support merchandising, price changes and plan-o-gram execution.
• Assist with loading purchases and help with live animals as required.
• Complete documentation for duties and follow safety guidelines.
