Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and prepare for operations.
• Assume managerial responsibilities during absences.
• Greet and assist customers per company standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Train and support new employees; work independently and in teams.
• Maintain weekend availability including 3 closing nights per week.
• Unload and stock deliveries; operate POS system including transactions and accounts.
• Participate in educational sessions and store maintenance duties.
• Safely operate company vehicles for Same Day Delivery orders; follow safety standards.
