Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development through training and coaching.
• Manages daily tasks and acts as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Addresses associate concerns and promotes engagement.
• Ensures pet parent experience via in-store, phone, or online interactions.
• Supports store events, promotions, adoptions, and partnerships.
• Operates POS and handles cash with policy compliance.
• Maintains store standards and safety for associates, pets, and customers.
