Tractor Supply Company / Petsense seeks a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service through daily engagement, cash handling, merchandising, and live-animal care. The role requires reliability, flexibility with shifts, and adherence to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Execute plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Care for live animals and maintain housing and sanitation requirements.
