Job summary

Petco is seeking a Senior Specialist, Pet Services Operations in San Diego to drive grooming and dog training program execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years in project management or operations, preferably in pet services or multi-unit retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution with milestones.
• Coordinate pilots, product testing, and rollout initiatives with Field Ops teams.
• Track milestones and analyze performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and refine service toolkits, SOPs, and field resources.
• Coordinate with Field Ops and Store teams for tool deployment readiness.
• Investigate field inquiries and resolve operational issues in grooming/dog training.
• Facilitate product trials, supply orders, and vendor communications.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate with supply chain for assets.
• Assess salon maintenance issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Connect Field Ops, Store Ops, Training, Maintenance, and Product teams for initiatives.
