Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within pet services (grooming, dog training) or multi-unit retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects of diverse complexity and scope from planning through execution with workplans, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate pilot programs, product testing, and initiative rollouts with Field Ops and Training & Education teams.
• Track project milestones and analyze performance metrics to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Maintain and refine service toolkits, SOPs and field-facing resources to enhance operational consistency.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and Store teams to ensure readiness for tool deployment and policy adoption.
• Investigate field inquiries and provide solutions related to grooming and dog training operations.
• Facilitate product trials, supply ordering processes, and vendor communications.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate with supply chain and maintenance.
• Assess salon maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution with partners.
• Serve as a connector between Field Ops, Store Ops, Maintenance and Product teams to ensure successful initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions.
• Leverage reporting systems to query data and support data-driven decisions.
