Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• PM certification or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core services projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project scope, schedules, resources, and budget estimates with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain master project plans, risk logs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for delivery.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and forecasts to control costs.
• Identify critical issues and present risk assessments with solutions.
• Apply PMO standards across core services project workflows.
• Conduct retrospectives and capture lessons learned for future use.
• Serve as SME and project lead for cross-functional partners.
