Job summary

IPP BUYER ACQUISITION LLC is seeking an Associate District Manager in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to oversee a portfolio of 8–15 stores.

You will directly supervise Store Managers and retail teams to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence, while ensuring brand standards and exceptional customer experience across the district. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching store leaders, and partnering with District and Store Support teams to optimize performance and talent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in multi-unit and store management within the retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the natural pet retail industry is preferred.
• Strong business ownership mindset and ability to lead by example.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of approximately eight to fifteen stores and supervise Store Managers and teams.
• Drive sales and profitability, oversee payroll and expenses, and manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Ensure Chuck & Don’s/Kriser’s brand standards and culture are embedded in daily operations.
• Coach store leaders through regular visits, feedback, and development plans.
• Monitor financial reports and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Store Support teams to implement initiatives and improve execution.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and engage with store teams to elevate engagement.
