Starting at $17.00 per hour with scheduled increases at 6 months and on the annual anniversary date, this role requires strong supervision skills, physical stamina, and a dedication to high‑quality pet care.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with hands-on management style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, train and coach staff.
• Assist management with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure guest suites are clean, and dogs are cared for, walked and fed.
• Drive safety and compliance by reporting hazards and ensuring guidelines are followed.
• Help team complete LMS courses and training materials.
