Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience; leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; able to lead teams hands-on.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and partner with the General Manager.
• Ensure pet care, guest service, and facility safety standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and adherence to labor guidelines.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Team Members.
• Drive revenue growth and cost management through operational excellence.
