All Valley Animal Resort in Idaho is seeking a Pet Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, client service, and animal care standards. You will drive policy improvements, lead a compassionate team, and ensure accurate records and timely communications with clients.

The role focuses on high-quality pet care, customer service excellence, and efficient resort operations, including payments, invoices, and compliance. A proactive leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in pet boarding facility or animal handling.
• Comfortable with handling dogs (all breeds) and cats.
• Able to read body language of animals.
• Phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong relationship building and coaching.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Provide top-notch customer service by welcoming clients and attending to client and pet needs.
• Help develop new policies to improve the client and animal experience.
• Lead resort team and motivate staff to deliver professional service.
• Create and maintain staff schedules and manage attendance logs and PTO.
• Resolve client concerns and manage complaints professionally.
• Manage check-in/out, documents, vaccines, invoices, and payments.
• Ensure daily animal photos are sent to clients.
• Balance cash and reconcile end-of-day registries and deposits.
• Open/close the resort on shift and lead staff meetings.
• Oversee inventory, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
