K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Fanwood, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a WOW experience for clients and their dogs. The CSR is the face of the company, ensuring comfort, confidence, and VIP service while upholding mission and values.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to learn new programs. Weekend/holiday availability is needed, with some flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
• Previous pet care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the building.
• Performs Check In/Check Out and reservation procedures in the POS system.
• Accepts payment from customers.
• Takes custody of pets and ensures proper placement in the building.
• Answers telephone inquiries and directs calls as needed.
• Gives facility tours to potential customers when necessary.
• Sanitation of boarding and daycare accommodations.
• Monitors daycare operations.
• Performs body checks for pre-existing conditions or injuries.
• Supports the General Manager/Owner with small office tasks.
• Provides feeding and medicating for dogs as required.
