Canine Country Club - North, part of NVA Pet Resorts, is hiring a General Manager for its Albuquerque, NM resort. You will lead daily operations, drive guest experiences, and oversee a high-performing team delivering outstanding pet care and service.

The role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all resort functions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Willingness to work up to 45–50 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage revenue, costs, and EBITDA to meet budget.
• Develop leadership bench by coaching and growing staff.
• Drive sales, marketing programs, and local partnerships.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across teams.
• Lead Manager on Duty shifts as needed.
