Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts seeks a General Manager for the Canine Country Club - North resort in Albuquerque to lead operations, guest experience, and profitability while building a high-performing team. This role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership to drive revenue and culture.

You will guide leaders, manage budgets, and set action plans to hit goals, ensuring top-notch pet care and customer service across the resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong operational leadership and ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong P&L management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work up to 45–50 hours weekly including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall resort performance.
• Own resort performance against budget and key metrics (revenue, labor, COGS, expenses, EBITDA).
• Develop and execute data-driven plans aligned to initiatives.
• Provide leadership across guest experience, team development, and business results.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and facility standards.
