Barkaritaville Pet Resort is seeking a seasoned Front Office Coordinator for our Corpus Christi location. This full‑time, on‑site role requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple front‑desk duties with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of front‑office or administrative experience in a busy, customer‑facing environment, excellent communication, and strong computer skills. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15–$18 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front desk or high‑volume administrative experience in a busy environment.
• Strong telephone and in‑person customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
• Experience handling cash, processing payments, and balancing transactions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to clients in person and by phone.
• Manage a busy phone line and communicate accurate information.
• Schedule reservations and maintain customer and pet records.
• Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Resolve routine client concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Enter data in reservation software and keep information updated.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced front office.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Assist with safe pet handling and resort operations when required.
