Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent professional front office or administrative experience in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Experience in handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience handling cash, payments, and daily transactions with accuracy.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service to clients in person and by phone.
• Manage a busy phone line, answer questions, and communicate accurate information.
• Schedule reservations and maintain customer and pet records.
• Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Resolve routine client concerns professionally and know when to involve management.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in our reservation software.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and follow through in a fast-paced front office.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Assist with safe pet handling and resort operations when needed.
