Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (e.g., customer service, call center, receptionist)
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Cheerful, friendly, and team‑oriented attitude
• Enjoys problem solving to provide guests with a premier experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks: pet handling, walking, standing for long periods
• Comfort around dogs of all sizes; able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and pets entering the resort with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs
• Walk dogs for drop-off and pickup and coordinate suite placement
• Answer phones, respond to voicemails and emails promptly
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale transactions
• Communicate requests between pet parents and resort leadership
• Maintain entrance lobby and restrooms; keep cat room clean and stocked
• Coordinate with veterinary team regarding appointments and arrivals
• Assist with harnessing pets at check-in/out
• Prepare suites for each pet and be familiar with harness types
