Job summary

Village-Pet-Care is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of pet resorts across multiple locations. The role requires strong field leadership, P&L ownership, and a focus on guest experience, safety, and operational standards.

You will balance hands-on management with coaching General Managers to build scalable, high-performing teams and sustainable business practices. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site leadership or senior site leadership experience.
• Experience in hospitality, service-based, or multi-location environments preferred.
• Strong P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to drive financial performance.
• Track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Strong operational acumen balancing people, process, and performance.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, visible leadership across home site and assigned locations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for performance, behaviors, and results.
• Establish expectations, rhythms, and cadence across the district.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues affecting employees, guests, or operations.
• Own full district P&L performance and drive revenue, labor optimization, and profitability.
• Partner with GMs to implement strategies that improve productivity and financial outcomes.
