All American Pet Resorts New Bern is recruiting a Weekend Receptionist to be the friendly face at our pet resort in New Bern, NC. You’ll manage guest interactions, pet check-ins/outs, and light front-desk duties while supporting our team in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer-facing roles, great communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. This on-site weekend position offers a welcoming, pet-loving team and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in pet care or service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate our pet resort amenities and policies to customers clearly.
• Assist customers in creating accounts and maintain clear, grammatically correct communication.
• Answer phones respectfully and provide helpful, courteous support.
• Check pets into the resort, recording diet, medications, and belongings.
• Check pets out, verify invoices for accuracy.
• Collect and record vaccination records from owners or vets.
• Perform weekly inventory checks of office equipment.
• Deliver and retrieve pets for arrivals/departures when needed.
• Collaborate with kennel staff to create pet report cards.
• Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming face of our business. What You’ll Be Doing

As our Weekend Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and their furry friends have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately communicating our pet resort amenities and policies to customers.
• Assisting customers in creating their accounts and maintaining clear, grammatically correct communication.
• Answering phones respectfully and cheerfully, providing helpful and courteous support.
• Checking pets into the resort, ensuring all details like diet, medications, and belongings are recorded properly.

• Performing weekly inventory checks of all office equipment.
