Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development for the Pet Team to drive initiatives from concept to lifecycle. You will oversee dry, wet, and fresh dog/cat foods, set specifications, benchmark markets, and track performance to meet financial goals in a dynamic retail setting.

You will coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality and effective project management, while leading continuous improvement and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
• 4+ years in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area; or 6 years as alternative.
• Experience with product development processes and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication to align product initiatives and updates.
• Create strategies and tactics with teams to support business goals.
• Develop and monitor product specifications throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and fix product issues.
