Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field with 4 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
• Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with senior leadership.
