The role requires a Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license in good standing, collaboration with pharmacists, and a commitment to operational excellence and a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Active WI Pharmacy Technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail settings.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack medication orders for pet parents, verifying customer data and labeling.
- Maintain accurate patient information and records, updating as needed.
- Ensure prescriptions are complete and compliant with regulations.
- Handle customer interactions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and logistics to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized workspace.
