Legendary Dogs (Dogtopia) is seeking a Parent Relationship Leader to create exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store efficiency. You will lead engaging meet and greets with pet parents and provide personalized service to meet pets' needs.

In this role you will collaborate with the team, manage front desk tasks, upsell products, handle transactions, and help keep the store clean and organized while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs and enjoy helping customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales/customer service training a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales with proven targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, rapport.
• Knowledge of retail operations and pet care products desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute warm and personalized meet and greets with pet parents.
• Use sales techniques to maximize cross-sell and close rates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist front desk, process transactions, manage appointments.
• Support inventory, restocking, and store cleanliness.
