Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates associate experience and supports development, including training and coaching.
• Delegates and validates daily tasks; acts as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Backs up store operations and supports other departments as required.
• Maintains store standards, safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Handles live pet sales, adoptions, and customer interactions across channels.
