Qualifications

• Must love dogs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, retail operations, or pet care products and services is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents to create warm, personalized meet and greets.
• Deliver personalized service, upsell services, and monitor close rates to meet sales goals.
• Support front desk operations, including processing transactions and managing appointments.
• Maintain inventory, restock, organize, and keep the facility clean and safe.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve sales, operations, and customer service objectives.
