Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-focused environment, veterinary preferred.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and show empathy.
• Excellent social, verbal/written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
• Passionate about helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus.
• Thrives in a fast paced, self-starter environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end client-facing interactions and patient intakes.
• Deliver stellar service and communication to pet parents.
• Support veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and the practice manager.
• Utilize the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
• Follow SOPs and SOCs.
• Assist with inventory communications.
• Maintain clean workspaces after each patient interaction.
• Complete required Chewy Vet Care compliance training.
• May require weekends or travel.
