Chewy Vet Care in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our Healthcare Practice Team. You will be the first point of contact, handling patient intakes and delivering a WOW experience to pet parents, while supporting the practice team with stellar service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong empathy and compassion for clients and pets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, observational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at intake with front-end interactions.
• Engage with pet parents using strong social and communication skills.
• Support veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and practice manager.
• Utilize Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
• Follow SOPs and SOCs, and manage inventory communications.
• Maintain clean workspaces and participate in ongoing training.
• Possibly work weekends and travel as needed.
