Job summary

Wynwood Dog Food Co. in Miami is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to manage day-to-day store operations and serve as a primary contact for customers.

You will assist shoppers, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment while learning our pet nutrition products. You will collaborate with retail, fulfillment, and production teams, communicating across channels to support orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and via email.
• Willingness to learn about Wynwood Dog Food Co. products and pet health basics.
• Able to work part-time with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and their dogs, recommending meals, treats, and supplements.
• Learn product and pet nutrition basics to educate customers confidently.
• Build relationships through follow-up and ongoing support.
• Manage daily retail operations, merchandising, and POS transactions.
• Balance in-store interactions with customer support tasks throughout the day.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations and HQ.
• Operate with ownership and multi-hat flexibility while following policies.
