Job summary

Wynwood Dog Food Co. in Miami seeks a part-time product expert to help customers choose the right diets for their dogs. You will engage with shoppers in-store and offer personalized recommendations for meals, treats, and supplements.

Apply growing product and pet-nutrition knowledge to answer questions, educate customers, and build lasting relationships through quality follow-up support. The role runs 10 AM–7 PM with opportunities to grow with a local, dog-focused team.

Qualifications

• Passionate and motivated to improve dogs' health.
• Retail or consultative sales experience; pet nutrition knowledge a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet goals.
• Ability to assist multiple customers simultaneously.
• Proficient in POS and iPad usage.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Veterinary experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store and recommend meals, treats, and supplements.
• Learn pet nutrition and product knowledge to educate customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with follow-up support.
• Maintain merchandising standards, inventory, and POS procedures.
