Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the face of the practice, delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets while supporting daily operations.

The CSR will greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, discuss fees, and assist with product recommendations and payments. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, welcoming facility and upholding the clinic's standards of care and service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones and escorting pets into daycare.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services.
• Answering questions regarding products and services.
• Facility maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
