Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host) at our Katy, TX location. You will run the front desk, greet clients and pets, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle bookings and inquiries.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Paid training and employee pet care discounts are offered.

Qualifications
