Amici Pet Hospital in San Diego is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and support the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor.

You’ll be the first friendly voice our clients hear, handle high-volume calls, check patients in and out, process payments, and coordinate with the veterinary team. Prior veterinary front-desk experience and Cornerstone software familiarity are a plus; we value teamwork and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming clients and patients

What Our Veterinary Receptionist Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for our clients while helping the entire hospital run smoothly.
