Job summary

Warm Springs Pet Hospital in Fremont, CA is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing practice. You’ll check clients in/out, take payments, schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage emails with a positive, can-do attitude.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:45am–5pm. Prior veterinary experience is a plus but not required; excellent customer service is essential as you will interact with many clients daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a requirement.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check clients in and out, accept payments, schedule appointments, relay messages between clients and staff.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls and manage emails.
