Qualifications

• Experience in a call center, healthcare, veterinary, or hospitality environments is a plus but not required.
• Ability to guide conversations clearly during high-stress moments.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary phone contact for pet owners, referring veterinarians, and internal teams.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Guide guests through next steps—ER visit, specialty appointment, or general questions.
• Provide clear information about wait times, services, and expectations.
• Support scheduling and coordination for specialty services.
• Triage calls and escalate urgent cases quickly.
