Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: greet clients and their pets, verify appointment details, and ensure clients feel informed and reassured.
• Support clinical flow: relay information between clients and staff.
• Manage client communications: handle calls, appointment reminders, and follow-up care.
• Process payments and invoicing; schedule future appointments with attention to detail.
• Explain vaccines, procedures, and veterinary terminology to clients.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk space and assist with occasional pet-related clean-up.
